**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

You’re in the driver’s seat for our production, leading and nurturing our team to ensure that all deliverables are happily met within time and on budget.

**RESPONSIBILITIE**S**

**Pre-production**
- Build agenda and run weekly client standup meetings
- Assemble and distribute production playbook to keep all teams aligned
- Create and execute production milestones and day of the event schedule
- Maintain budget provided by Happily and keep clean event accounting records
- Oversee technical and creative installations
- Offer guidance on sponsor activations and program designs

**Production (2-4 weeks before the show)**
- Schedule standup meetings as needed
- Producer mid-way budget review
- Provide daily updates in slack/discord two weeks before the show
- Finalize production book and call sheet
- Host an all-hands meeting for happily team & vendors

**Post-production**
- Complete the Happily wrap report
- Submit complete budget with all invoices/receipts and payment status
- Ensure all photos & videos are appropriately filed

Desirable skills
- At least 10+ years of experience working in event productions (conferences, festivals, summits)
- Experience working on live, remote, and hybrid events
- Familiarity with production budgets and run of the show is an asset
- Good English including written and verbal

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From R$50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- event planning: 3 years (required)
- event production: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- São Paulo, SP: Relocate before starting work (required)
