Local Unit & Position Description:

- Customer interface and associated sales skills by effectively communicating projects' progress and identify new opportunities.
- Develop an important role within the group as well as in the industry.
- Provide technical input to a number of concurrent projects.
- Interact with other team members and clients in a manner that is professional and promotes collaboration.
- Writing of technical papers or presentations of innovative work or projects.
- Attending to technical seminars to develop projects and promote personal and Company's brand.

Position Qualifications:
Technical Background:

- Bachelor of Science in Material, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering
- Master or Doctorate degree desirable
- Background on Corrosion assessment and/or Fracture Mechanics of flexible and rigid pipes and subsea components
- Background on Composite Materials
- Background on Integrity Management Systems
- Familiarity with design principles for flexible pipes, rigid pipes and subsea components, including materials properties and performance. Familiarity with requirements in codes and standards.
- Digitalization Mindset
- Office Package
- Fluent in English
- Basic Spanish
- Portuguese native
- Excellent communication skills-including the ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Problem solving capacity
- Critical thinking
- Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly
- Ability to completely undertake technical activities with no supervision
- Ability to speak with a wide variety of clients for the purpose of communicating DNV services and capabilities
- Attention to details

- Ability to work on a team effectively and efficiently, but also be able to show effectiveness when working individually
