Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 200 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. **Introduction on the role**: - Provide support in the execution of everything related to Merchandising for Digital channels in Brazil (Ecomm, 3P and 1P); - Reports to Brazil Digital Merchandising Analyst and to Brazil Director, Digital Commerce. **What will you do?** - Product & Content (name, description, attributes, photo, categorization, etc.); - Promotions & Prices (support in creating and configuring promos); - UX (filters, stamps, sorting, search settings and onsite recommendation); - eTailers & Digital Channels POs input; - Followings, Updates & schedule POs Deliveries (eTail customers systems); - Customer Service & Support for eTailer customers; - Support report creations and updates (sell in, sellout, margins, inventory position, campaigns and product performance reports, etc). **Who are you?** - Bachelor's in Fashion, Marketing or Business Management - Experiences working on Fashion Brands Ecommerce´s or on Marketplaces with Fashion Category and Fashion Brands - 3 to 5 years' experience as Digital Onsite Merchandiser or Digital Merchandising Analyst - Passionate for digital, ecommerce, marketplaces, people diversity and fashion - Advanced Office - LINX ERP - Ecommerce Platforms (VTEX) - Online Product Search & Recommendation tools - Portuguese - Travel Requirements: 20% of the time **What do we offer?** - A job within a unique environment with a 'startup dynamic' under the umbrella of a fast growing and solid global brand; - A fair salary and a bonus opportunity; - Fun workplace, innovating working environment; - Paid holidays; - Discount on the most comfortable shoes in the world; - Our great training curriculum with in-person sessions and a global eLearning platform offers you a lot of room for personal growth to get a little bit better every day; - And so much more Sounds pretty amazing right?
