**Marketing Data Analyst**

Have you ever thought about being part of a global high-tech company, with extremely qualified teams, capable of delivering fantastic results? In our Marketing team you are responsible for communicating this to the world.

You will be responsible for building the Marketing intelligence and data analysis framework and generating insights that will support the Performance, Branding, SEO, CRO, CRM, and Content teams in their decision making.

You will work in a multidisciplinary and international team, having the opportunity to participate in major projects, propose new ideas, conduct tests, learn, develop and celebrate each and every achievement :)

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop attribution models in order to ensure that the results of Marketing actions are measurable with excellence and accuracy;
- Perform retrospective and predictive analysis on the performance of all digital channels;
- Create the necessary integrations to build performance dashboards and presentation of results in various platforms such as Google Data Studio, Tableau and Mixpanel;
- Consolidate data into a database for further performance analysis and integration with internal tools (CRM and others);
- Identify statistical correlations between products, personas, industries, company sizes, locations, seasonalities, channels, among others to generate insights for the Marketing team;
- Measure cohorts, LTV, CAC, MRR, ARR, ROAS, among other indicators considering each Marketing channel;
- Responsible for the documentation and implementation of tags via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4;
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Market Intelligence, Operations and PLG to understand processes and obtain relevant data;
- Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models;
- Direct queries and analyzing databases and logs to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports;
- Collect data on competitors' marketing tactics, sales prices and product/service distribution;
- Translate & communicate insights and provide marketing solutions to leadership;
- Gather and analyze data related to market conditions and consumer demographics;

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Mixpanel;
- Experience in creating and presenting reports;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Motivated by constant challenges;
- Advanced English (will work closely with North American product team).

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Experience with JavaScript, Python, and SQL;
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot);
- Experience in the B2B market;
- Knowledge of the B2B sales funnel;
- Experience with the technology industry;
- Experience in performance agencies.
