**Descrição do Perfil**
Responsável por atuar no acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos, auxiliando na elaboração de teses defensivas, apoiando o cliente internos em questões jurídicas como pareceres, estudos e análises, prestando consultoria nos ambitos contencioso e consultivo, buscando minimizar impactos à companhia.
**Principais atividades**
- Acompanhamento dos processos, junto aos escritórios de advocacia terceirizados, à definição de estratégias nestes mesmos processos;
- Avaliação sobre a conveniência de ajuizamento de ações;
- Apoio a clientes internos em situação de pré-litígio (seja para preparar a companhia para o litígio ou para evitá-lo);
- Atividades típicas da advocacia corporativa, como produção de relatórios e reports sobre a base de processos.
**Formação, Conhecimento e Experiência**
- Formação Superior em Direito e OAB ativa(imprescindível);
- Experiência robusta em contencioso cível, em escritórios de advocacia de médio ou grande porte (atuando para clientes pessoa jurídica), e/ou departamentos jurídicos de empresas.
- Desejável pós gradução em áreas como processo civil, direito civil, direito do consumidor ou direito empresarial;
- Inglês será um diferencial.
