We are searching the best talent for **Data Scientist, IT LEAD** to be in** São Paulo.**

**Purpose**:
The Data and Advanced Analytics team within Pharma LATAM Commercial Technology department of Janssen is looking for an data scientist who is interested in delivering advanced analytics/Machine Learning/AI solutions that have direct impact to Patients and Janssen. The role requires both a broad knowledge of existing ML/AI solutions, creativity to invent, innovative thinking and commitment to materialize the thinking, customize and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions.

Our product line is composed by a highly skilled, hands-on team. We have a start-up, can-do attitude and lead in rapidly prototyping and iterating on data, tools, technology and insights to help commercial teams execute in novel ways with decisions motivated by data. We define data strategy, drive data wrangling, explore and execute operational and advanced analytics projects, enable self-service tools and insights generation.

- Execute Data Science projects either alone or as a leader member of a matrixed team

**Innovation**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Provides thought leadership for complex business problems that require a scientific approach by leveraging in-depth domain expertise and skills acquired in computational and Data Science specific programs or related fields
- Designs experiments to test generated hypotheses to provide business insights
- Leverage advanced analytics and visualization tools and technologies such as Python, R, Java, SQL, noSQL, Azure, AWS, Dataiku, Kubernetes, etc.
- Integrate and leverage data sets that drive analytical solutions from a variety of data sources including structured, unstructured, voice, image, video, social media and streaming data
