**Como você causará um impactov**
- Fornecer suporte contínuo para departamentos do back office e negócio nas necessidades de suporte técnico e processamento de dados para garantir operações mais eficientes;
- Administrar e coletar métricas sobre processos e identificar pontos para recomendar melhorias.
- Coordena com membros da equipe para garantir que as metas e objetivos atribuídos sejam alcançados de acordo com os SLAs definidos.
- Apoia o desenvolvimento de processos para garantir eficiência e conformidade com regulamentos internos e externos
- Habilidade para interagir com profissionais de diversos níveis corporativos;
- Ênfase na busca de oportunidades e integração com todas as soluções da Gallagher, visando as melhores soluções para os nossos usuários.
**Sobre você**
- Ensino superior completo (cursos Administração de empresas, Engenharia Industrial, Engenharia da Informação ou áreas afins);
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Inglês Intermediário
