Redstone Private Banking Search are leaders in the global provision of search solutions for the international private banking and wealth management markets. With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.

We are working with a Tier one Bank in Brazil who are looking to expand their advisory office in São Paulo. They are looking to hire a number of Senior Private Bankers who manage UHNW onshore clients with above USD 5 MM per ticket size. This institution have both a Private and Investment Banking platform. Role is Director + seniority.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage your portfolio of Private Clients (USD 5 MM+) who are domiciled in Brazil.
- Advise your clients on the benefits of an International Private Bank and its offshore booking capabilities.
- Continued efforts to expand the presence of the office in Brazil through business development and networking to develop new to bank (NTB) business.
- Aim to grow your connections in Brazil through utilizing the Banks’ platform, achieving client referrals, and attending external networking events.
- Work with clients on both advisory and discretionary mandates - stay informed of market changes and trends to offer a bespoke service to your clients which should be considered on a case by case basis to meet their long / short term financial goals.
- Role reports into local Managing Director and then Global Market Head.

Key Qualifications / Experience
- A Client / Investment advisor with a hunter mentality and a track record of business development or client acquisition.
- International financial investment experience, outside of deposits, cash or loan allocation. For example, within portfolio management, structured products, or trading
- You hold the brokerage licence or equivalents
- Professional experience in an international or European Firm is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Fluency in English or Spanish. Any other language is a bonus
- Located in Brazil or Switzerland
