**ABOUT YOU**

We’re looking for an **AI Learning Experience Designer** to join our AI-First Learning department. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging learning programs for employees, while using **AI tools to scale and personalize learning** across the organization.

You bring a background in **instructional design or L&D**, strong skills in building effective training programs, and curiosity for using AI to improve learning experiences. You’re comfortable working in a tech-driven environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning complex ideas into easy-to-understand learning content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver **learning programs and content** that improve employee skills and performance.
- Use **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot) to speed up content creation, generate assessments, and personalize learning.
- Manage and update content in **LMS platforms** (e.g., 360Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo).
- Track and report on **learning outcomes** using data and feedback.
- Support **AI adoption workshops** and training sessions for employees.
- Stay updated on **L&D and AI trends** to continuously improve learning programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** 5+ years** of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design and deliver **training programs** that drive measurable results.
- Experience with **LMS platforms** and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond).
- Strong knowledge of **instructional design principles and adult learning theory**.
- Comfortable using **AI tools** to support learning content design and delivery.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across teams and time zones.

Nice to Have
- Experience with **learning data/analytics** (e.g., dashboards, reporting).
- Familiarity with **prompt engineering** for AI-generated learning content.
- Interest in **gaming culture and digital products**.
- Experience leading **change management or digital adoption initiatives**.
