- Have you supported multiple projects using smart multitasking skills? Do you want to play a key role in driving change?

We’re looking for a professional to:

- provide PMO support to projects across the GWM LatAm Chief of Staff team, focusing on People Engagement projects and Strategic Culture within the organization
- work closely with the COS team, senior managers, client advisors, IT and other project groups to meet project deliverables
- deliver senior-level status reports to the steering committee
- prepare senior leaders for their meetings by drafting reports, conducting research to facilitate their understanding of various topics, preparing presentations and guidance materials, and driving innovation

- You’ll be working in the GWM LatAm Chief of Staff team in Brazil. We provide experiences and opportunities of growth across Latin America, connecting with stakeholders across the organization in a wide-range of topics, being excellent to understand the whole business from A to Z. As a senior business manager, you’ll play an important role in GWM LatAm.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5 years of experience supporting your clients in preparation for meetings, speeches, orientation, report preparation with holistic support in every aspect to facilitate their professional life
- good understanding of operational processes and office technology tools for daily use
- great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines
