**Business Intelligence is the area which captures and analyzes all TTS information, providing Business Insights, Business analysis, Dashboards and Training (locally, regionally and globally).**: **Currently B.I. team is working to improve the Data Driven culture across TTS areas/products in Brazil, being focused on delivery local solutions that centralizes multiple Data Sets, providing to sales/product members tools, analysis and insights (in order to identify risks and generate new business).**: **Based on the process to improve Data Driven culture in Brazil, the main challenges are**: - ** Work as partner with other teams providing reports, dashboards and tools to support management process (Drivers and KPI's);**: - ** Work as a partner with other teams to enhance the probability of obtain new deals using data;**: - ** Work close from regional/global team to implement best practices (leverage Brazilian solutions and implement here the regional/global ones);**: - ** Work locally with Risk and Control team to ensure data governance accordance;**: - Work in partnership with Sales team in order to define strategies, control the results and manage the Pipeline (Sales Planning) **B.I. challenges could be considered extremely relevant for business continuity, once through the correct data usage is possible to anticipate risks and identify new opportunities.**: **Being part of B.I. team, the Business Intelligence Specialist would be able to walk across different kind of products (LMS, P&R, Cards, Trade Onshore and Offshore) and levels of TTS Hierarchy (from Interns to Managing Directors) through presentations, trainings and brainstorm sessions (locally, regionally and globally).**: ***Responsibilities**: - ** The Business Intelligence Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance**: - ** Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the product performance team**: - ** Evaluates variable and, at times, complex issues with major impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations**: - ** Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources**: - ** Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on cross-sell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions**: - ** Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives**: - ** Provide reports, structured analysis and presentations to seniors management team (daily, weekly and monthly);**: - ** Manage new projects (**Data mining**, Data Quality, Dashboards, Reports, Tools and others);**: - ** Train other teams how to use local solutions (B.I. Tools);**: - ** Work in partnership with Product/Sales teams in order to launch campaigns to generate new business;**: ***Qualifications**: - ** 5-8 years of experience**: - ** Complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives**: - ** In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions**: - ** Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers**: - ** Soft Skills (interpersonal relationship with other teams)**: - ** Analytical Skills (how to develop and analyze tools, reports and presentations)**: - ** Tools: Excel, Sharepoint and Power Point**: - ** Visualization Tools: Power B.I/Tableau (**Qlik View **desirable)**: - ** Languages: English (advanced) Spanish (intermediary)**: ***Education**: - ** Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience**: ***This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
