Manage contracts of vessels as projects.
- Manage internal activities in order to maximize revenues, align resources from other departments to meet contractual compliance.
- Provide reports and performance data for individual and compiled projects.
- Represent DOF Brazil with customers and other stakeholders in the company's projects and related projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams in projects.
- Working under pressure, short deadlines, tight budgets, being able to use fast tracking and compression resources in projects without raising risk levels to unacceptable levels.Identify points of improvement / restrictions, develop specific KPIs in order to identify weak links in the production chain and develop the improvement of these continuously, use PMBOK methodology or similar in order to achieve the best financial results and outcomes for the corporation.
- Ship management as projects: analysis of pre BID contracts, financial viability of CAPEX investments, advanced project budgeting, risk assessment in contracts. Preparation of Pofit & Loss report, Cash Flow, CAPEX budget, OPEX budget, monitoring of operational indices, EBITIDA, NET revenue, daily operational cost and other financial indicators of project

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Maritine, Project, Economy or Bussiness.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas area, offshore operations, in management positions;
- Ability to manage projects;
- Coordinate teams
- Control requirements, deadlines, costs and goals;
- Audit processes, risk management and investment
- Decision-making capacity;
- PMP certification.
- Desirable: Project management course;
- knowledge in marine support ships, AHTS, ROV suport vessels, Construction Support Vessels, PLSVs, Survey, FPSOs, subsea, cranes, engines, thrusters, DP, propulsion, electric power generation, helideck, tanking, pumping at sea, automation and control, ship classification, Norman, STCW, Marpol, Ibama NTs, Solas, ISPS, ISM, IMCA, Modus operandi de Petrobras, Shell, Chevron, Statoil, OGX, Repsol, and others, ANTAQ, MB/DPC, MT. Mathematics, trigonometry, algebra, physics, organic and mineral chemistry, geography, maritime law, hydrodynamic, cooling, mechanical manufacturing, safety and salvage in the sea, thermonimamic, Hydroacoustics (at least able to understand the principles).
- Understanding the way purchasing, logistics, operations, technical, commercial, financial, Bid/tender, administrative, HSE and human resources departments work.
- Leadership skills;
- Focus on results;
- Ability to act under pressure, with time and budget restrictions
- Ability to make decisions;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Desirable capability to live in Macaé.
