Role Summary:
Suportar a gestão dos indicadores de controle de qualidade das áreas de Viveiro, Silvicultura, Colheita e Logística, garantir a adequada execução e independência das avaliações de qualidade e o monitoramento de Pragas e Doenças e ocorrências florestais diversas, seguindo as metodologias determinadas pelos procedimentos técnicos, promovendo o uso otimizado dos recursos materiais e financeiros da área.

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Plan a routine of quality control audits of forestry operations in order to meet the Sampling Intensity by operation and regionally, optimizing the operational yield of quality control;
- Carry out quality control audits in forest operations, according to schedule and goals;
- Comply with evaluation and disclosure procedures and methodologies, aiming to maintain the development of activities within established standards and norms, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of data;
- Provide clarification on the data collected and disseminated, interacting with the operational areas, focusing on solving problems related to evaluation procedures;
- Create and develop an action plan based on quality control audits with service executives, being directly responsible for following up on immediate actions with operations directors;
- Take care and conserve the company's equipment and property that are under its responsibility, in order to avoid wasting resources;
- Assuming a leadership position and converging efforts to carry out these activities;
- Perform level 3 quality control of these activities, ensuring that audit procedures are fully complied with;
- Propose continuous improvement of these activities with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement and yield increase;
- Develop and monitor more complex action plans for these activities;
- Implement continuous improvement of these activities with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement and yield increase;
- Plan the daily and weekly monitoring routine for pests and diseases in order to maximize operational performance, meeting the deadlines established in the annual monitoring schedule;
- Carry out data collection from leaf-cutting ants monitoring assessments, such as: Ant infestation and its characteristics (nest size, location, species, cutting activity condition, etc.), damage caused by them on the edge or inside of plot.
- Enter the data collected in electronic spreadsheets or digital collectors, import the programming into the data collector and export data from the collector so that the recommendation is generated, in order to maintain the flow of programming and recommendation for controlling ants, pests and diseases, guaranteeing the quality of the collection and availability of the generated information;
- Comply with evaluation and disclosure procedures and methodologies, aiming to maintain the development of activities within established standards and norms, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of data;
- Provide clarification on the data collected and disseminated, interacting with the operational areas, focusing on solving problems related to evaluation procedures;
- Take care and conserve the company's equipment and property that are under its responsibility, in order to avoid wasting resources.
- Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.

**Requirements**:
Para ter sucesso nessa função, é recomendável que você tenha as seguintes habilidades e qualificações:
Formação:
MANDATÓRIO:
Ensino técnico completo Florestal, Silvicultura, agricultura ou correlatas.

Habilitação de motorista em categoria B (automóvel);

DESEJAVÉL:
Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Florestal, Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia Agronômica, Administração ou Correlatas;

**Experiência**:
Experiência em qualidade florestal, monitoramentos/proteção florestal, melhoria contínua e/ou atuação na área florestal serão diferenciais.
- Disponibilidade para mudança de local de trabalho (Alagoinhas/BA).
