**Main Responsibilities / Activities**
This Market Professional will be in charge of important and chanllenges activities as:
Develop marketing strategies and visual identity of the brands, in order to promote the
institutional image and improved business.

Analyze and define the positioning of the group's brands and of specific communication channels for each audience.
Responsible for the processes of mapping, segmentation and market and competition studies, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, building scenarios and identifying business opportunities, with the aim of define commercial policies and recommend to the management positioning and strategies to conquer customers and achievement of results.
Analyzes and raises market information for the construction of Controls and reports in order to create
business management strategies through customer relationships.
Develop and implement strategic guidelines to support the commercial area, analyzing performance
and defining tactical plans to contribute with the commercial areas in achieving sales targets
protected without budget.
Performs commercial analyzes and defines Marketing strategies.
Analyzes the company's business, sales projections and commercial indicators, monitors the competition, study trends and map the market potential, with the aim of preparing a report and reporting information to the board in decision-making.
Relationships with business model associations seeking information on business model trends market, strengthen relationships with customers and with the perspective of disseminating the brand's message for the production chain.
Prepare news about events for internal dissemination and on social networks. follow the process graphic production and research and advertising actions.
Manages the event process in order to meet commercial guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction customers.

**Special Projects / Challenges**
Analyzes, maps and raises market information, competition, strengths and weaknesses, prospecting for sales, in order to develop marketing strategies, to promote the institutional image of the brand for the production chain, on social networks, in advertising actions and in customer relations.
