**Job Description** We’re opening our first studio in Brazil—and we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Trainer to deliver high-quality training and staff development experiences at Evolution São Paulo.**
As a **Trainer**, you’ll play a key role in preparing our Game Presenters, Shufflers, and other team members for success through engaging and effective training sessions. If you're passionate about sharing knowledge, confident in leading others, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You’ll support new hires from day one, provide guidance to experienced staff, collaborate across teams, and help maintain training standards that meet our global quality expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Train both new and experienced staff members in game procedures and studio standards
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for newcomers, including Game Presenters and Shufflers
- Lead regular consultations, feedback sessions, and refresher trainings
- Collaborate on updating training materials and improving training processes
- Monitor and report on individual progress and development
- Complete required documentation and administrative tasks
- Maintain open and professional communication within the team and across departments
- Take part in projects, events, and studio social activities

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
- Portuguese language knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn, grow, and deliver on assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and weekends (shift-based schedule)

**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer
- Prior experience in gaming industry
