**SAP Landscape Basis Manager - Mars Global Services - Guararema/SP**

As an active manager in the Core Services Organization, the job holder’s focus is, via a team of associates and/or external resources, to look after the overall effectiveness of Core Application landscapes (primarily SAP), caring about Change, Release and Quality Assurance Management, Application lifecycle management and Security.

**What are we looking for?**
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- It will be nice to have Security Audit experiences in SAP and DB levels.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**

Primarily to manage, via this team, to care about the overall effectiveness of Core Application landscapes (primarily SAP), caring about Change, Release and Quality Assurance Management and Application lifecycle management. This includes:

- Ownership for the Core Application Change and Productionising framework, ensuring adherence to this framework, providing required governance for process and support for Change tools, investigating and implement opportunities for improvements ;
- Execution of day-to-day maintenance of change management process thought correctly executed processed, supported tools and clear knowledge management ;
- Accountable and responsible for initiation, planning, monitoring and control and closure of Core Application Release Projects involving key Application and Infrastructure stakeholders ;
- Ownership for the execution for the test management framework ( as part of quality assurance), ensuring adherence to this framework.
- Ensure that standards, procedures and rules are followed and promotes them for the area covered
