Sales Estimator

Our company is looking for a Sales Estimator and supporting analyst to support the company’s growth goals. As an estimator the selected professional will provide support with pricing methodology and projects estimates. This professional will also provide support to our Sales department with Bids preparation, presentations, and business’ opportunities research.

This position will be based in our Shared Services Center in Taubate, SP and will provide support to the team based in the United States.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand client requests and translate it into estimates
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
- Support the company with pricing methodology development
- Prepare reports detailing all the costs going into a project
- Work with Sales team to prepare proposals
- Work with Sales Team to search for Bid opportunities
- Basic math and statistical analysis
- Effective oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
- Produce accurate work product with attention to detail
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical specifications and reference drawings
- Review and understand technical and government documents
- Work in MS Excel, MS Word, Trello, and with a willingness to learn to software as needed
- Write and utilize Excel functions/formulas
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Working knowledge of all craft responsibilities and work processes
- Working knowledge of performance schedule task identification and sequencing
- Work in high energy environment with wide range of personalities
- Plan and accomplish work in support of a tight deadline
- Accomplish significant amount of work with mínimal direct supervision
- Set priorities and accommodate multiple demands for time
- Analyze technical issues and develop alternate solutions
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DCMA, and DCAA Compliance a plus

- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in All other Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently
- Amazing analytical and Math Skills
- Very detail-oriented
