Your mission is ensuring projects are executed flawlessly while striving for optimal performance in New Therapeutics areas as Rare Disease, OSCD and Cardiology. As a CRA Line Manager Sr. you will oversee the monitors' staff in Brazil, comprising both Novo Nordisk and Insourced Monitors. Your primary role involves ensuring compliance with project requirements and local regulations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the development of this team, providing training, coaching, mentoring, and fostering career growth. Other responsibilities include:
- Manage the quality of the assigned staff by regularly reviewing quality metrics and KPIs to create appropriate corrective action plans, if required. This includes preventing or correcting deficiencies in staff performance.
- Perform co-monitoring visits for coaching and sign-off for new monitors.
- Oversight of CRO contracts to ensure compliance, acting as the first point of contact for the CROs.
- Identify and engage with new sites and investigators in emerging therapeutic areas (Rare Disease, OSCD and Cardiology), conducting evaluations of study feasibility in collaboration with the medical team, Business Units, and Patient Support Program to generate insights and propose solutions.
- Provide support in activities such as planning and tracking the department budget, creating reports, and representing Novo Nordisk in meetings when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- You hold bachelor’s degree in health-related areas such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedicine, or related fields.
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Portuguese
- We seek a professional with previous experience in people management, either directly or indirectly, and a solid background in Clinical Research.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of Rare Disease, OSCD, and Cardiology, will be considered an asset.
- An analytical mindset and strong communication skills is crucial.
