This role involves handling user management, security settings, automation, and process improvements to ensure an efficient and scalable CRM system.

**Tasks**:

- Administer and configure Salesforce, ensuring system efficiency and security.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and access control.
- Maintain and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of experience** as a Salesforce Administrator.
Hands-on experience with **Salesforce administration, user management, and automation** (e.g., Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets).
- Strong understanding of **Salesforce security models** and data structures.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- **Salesforce Administrator Certification** is required.
- **Service Cloud Consultant Certification** is a plus.
- Must be located in Brazil for remote work eligibility.
