We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving our brand's presence in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that directly impact our growth and customer engagement.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and make relevant contributions to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
- Partner closely with Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy.
- Help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain and update the marketing materials repository, ensuring easy access for local teams.
- Provide administrative support for budget tracking and reporting within marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create user-friendly dashboards.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Completed or have completed a Bachelor´s degree by the end of 2025, in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Marketing, Product Management or related field.
- Intermediate Spanish is required and English is a plus.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of MedTech or Healthcare industries is a plus.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in both strategic and tactical matters.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
