**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
Origination of Sugar: 1. Develop and maintain a strong sourcing network with Brazilian sugar millers and trade houses to ensure a consistent supply of Raw sugar and White sugar. 2. Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and quality standards related to Brazilian sugar to identify favourable buying opportunities. 3. Negotiate and finalize purchase contracts, ensuring competitive pricing, optimal terms, and adherence to quality requirements. 4. Conduct thorough due diligence on suppliers, including financial stability, production capacity, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. 5. Knowledge of Sugar Futures, options and derivatives and hedging is must for risk management. Trade Execution: 1. Oversee the end-to-end trading process, from contract execution to delivery, ensuring smooth and timely operations. 2. Coordinate with logistics teams to manage all export documentation, shipping arrangements, and local logistics, including transport and storage. 3. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with price fluctuations, quality control, and supply chain disruptions. 4. Maintain regular communication with suppliers and customers to address any issues, resolve disputes, and build strong relationships. Business Development: 1. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the company-s presence in the sugar trading industry. 2. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to adapt trading strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote Brazilian sugar products. 4. Drive high scalability and sustainable business growth, optimizing trading volumes and profitability.
