**Responsabilidades e Experiências desejáveis**:
Estamos em busca de um novo Delivery Manager para compor o nosso time de produto

**Principais atividades**:
Organização de times;
Liderar rituais de desenvolvimento de software ágil (planning, daily, organização de releases, criação de User Stories etc);
Coleta e acompanhamento de métricas, KPIs e OKRs de Desenvolvimento de Software;
Team Building;
1:1 com desenvolvedores.

**Conhecimentos/ Habilidades obrigatórias**:
Formação em desenvolvimento de software;
Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis;
Ter ocupado cargo de liderança pelo menos 2 anos de experiência;
Boa comunicação interpessoal.

**Desejável**:
Ter trabalhado em empresa de SaaS nesse papel;
Conhecimento de DORA metrics;
Noção de gestão de produto;
Conhecer AWS, Java e NodeJS;
Conhecimento de Kanban/Lean;
**Local**: Porto Alegre/RS - (Híbrido a combinar)
