O Project Manager é responsável pelo planejamento, execução e controle dos projetos da empresa, garantindo que sejam entregues dentro do prazo, escopo e orçamento estabelecidos. Atua como ponto focal entre a empresa, os clientes e stakeholders, assegurando alinhamento, qualidade e conformidade com os requisitos contratuais e normativos.
- Realizar a interface entre a empresa, clientes e stakeholders, mantendo todas as partes atualizadas sobre as etapas do projeto, desde o kick-off até a conclusão.
- Mapear riscos e identificar possíveis obstáculos, propondo melhorias para garantir o sucesso do projeto e o cumprimento dos prazos definidos.
- Administrar o atendimento dos requisitos técnicos, comerciais e normativos estabelecidos nos contratos, assegurando a qualidade e os custos previstos.
- Gerenciar projetos utilizando ferramentas como MS Project, garantindo o controle e o planejamento adequados.
- Promover a gestão de histogramas, Estrutura Analítica de Projeto (EAP), contratos, cronograma físico-financeiro, planejamento de equipe e aluguel ou aquisição de equipamentos.
- Desenvolver relatórios de gestão de custos do projeto, além de relatórios semanais e mensais de atualização do cronograma para apresentação ao cliente.
- Promover a comunicação eficaz entre os departamentos envolvidos no projeto, garantindo alinhamento e integração das equipes.
- Atuar no gerenciamento de indicadores de desempenho e na implementação de melhorias nos processos de gestão de projetos.
- Participar da requisição de materiais e acompanhar o status dos materiais e serviços por meio do sistema ERP.
