**Responsibilities**:

- **Process Design for Order-to-Cash Integration**
- Design and document end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes to ensure alignment between legacy and target SAP environments during mergers and acquisitions.**
- **SAP SD Functional Blueprinting**
- Develop detailed functional specifications and blueprint documents reflecting business requirements and system capabilities for SD process harmonization.**
- **Commercial Operations Transition Support**
- Facilitate the transition of sales, distribution, and billing operations to the target SAP platform, ensuring mínimal disruption to day-to-day activities.**
- **Data Migration Coordination**
- Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of sales and distribution data, including customer master, pricing, and sales orders.**
- **Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration**
- Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders to validate requirements, manage expectations, and drive consensus on SAP SD solutions.**
- **Legacy System Mapping**
- Analyse legacy systems and define mapping strategies for migrating key SD data and processes into the target SAP system.**
- **Integration with Logistics and Finance**
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of SD modules with related functional areas.**
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support**
- Develop test cases and assist end users in executing UAT scenarios to validate SAP SD configurations post-integration.**
- **SAP System Configuration & Customization**
- Configure SAP SD components such as pricing, availability checks, billing types, and partner functions in line with harmonized business processes.**
- **Cutover Planning and Execution**
- Contribute to cutover strategy development and execution to ensure a smooth go-live, including legacy system decommissioning and SAP SD readiness checks.**
- **Issue Resolution and Hypercare Support**
- Provide post-go-live support by troubleshooting SD-related issues, ensuring business continuity during the hypercare period.**
- **Process Documentation and Training**
- Create process documentation and deliver training materials or sessions for end-users transitioning to the new SAP SD landscape.**
- **Continuous Improvement and Synergy Realization**
- Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization in SD processes to support long-term synergy and efficiency objectives following M&A activities.**

**Requirements**:

- **SAP SD Experience and Expertise**
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, covering both functional design and technical implementation aspects.**
- **Full-Cycle Implementation Knowledge**
- Proven track record of executing full-cycle SAP SD implementations from blueprinting through go-live and post-implementation support.**
- **M&A and System Transformation Experience**
- Direct involvement in M&A activities, carve-outs, or SAP system consolidation projects with a focus on commercial process alignment.**
- **Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Mastery**
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle, including sales order management, delivery, billing, and collections.**
- **Advanced Pricing and Billing Configuration**
- Expertise in complex pricing procedures, condition techniques, rebates, and billing configuration in SAP SD.**
- **Customer Master Data Management**
- Strong grasp of managing and migrating customer master data, including account groups, partner functions, and data harmonization.**
- **Integration with Logistics and Supply Chain**
- Experience integrating SD functionalities with MM, WM, and other logistics modules to support seamless business operations.**
- **SAP S/4HANA and ECC Proficiency**
- Familiarity with both SAP S/4HANA and ECC platforms, with the ability to navigate differences and leverage best practices in each.**
- **Intercompany Sales and Billing Expertise**
- Understanding of intercompany transactions, including cross-company sales flows and intercompany billing processes.**
- **Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Experience**
- Exposure to EDI message types relevant to SD (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC), including configuration and troubleshooting.**
- **FMCG Sector Process Knowledge**
- Strong contextual understanding of FMCG business processes, particularly in sales, distribution, and supply chain execution.**
- **Post-Go-Live Stabilization Support**
- Demonstrated ability to support SAP environments during the hypercare phase, resolving issues and optimizing user adoption.**
- **Multilingual Communication Skills**
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish to effectively collaborate across global and regional teams.**
- **Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving**
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, propose solutions, and optimize SAP SD processes under pressure.**
