**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organisational needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment to onboarding process.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand their staffing needs, provide insights into the talent landscape, and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage with highly skilled professionals.
- Support hiring managers to develop/formulate job descriptions and interview questions as needed.
- Support initiatives to enhance Eeze’s employer brand, making it an employer of choice in the iGaming sector.
- Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to advise on talent acquisition strategies and benchmark against industry best practices.
- Support initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation, ensuring a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and talent acquisition strategies within the operations iGaming industries.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner within operations, ideally in the iGaming or technology industry.
- Preferred communication and language skills that covers that Asian/Malaysian market (such as Mandarin, Korean and Vietnamese).
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational ability
- Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- International travel may be required.
