**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Designer** to strengthen our marketing and product presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in web and marketing design, capable of building engaging visuals, responsive landing pages, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms. **Responsibilities**
- Create marketing visuals and ad creatives for Google Ads, social media, and partnerships.
- Design blog illustrations in collaboration with copywriters, turning technical content into engaging, on-brand visuals.
- Develop branded materials for sales and corporate use, including investor decks, sales one-pagers, and B2B outreach assets.
- Design clean, modern, responsive landing pages for new product features, marketing campaigns, and lead generation (using Webflow or Framer).
- Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity, design system, and brand guidelines.
- Produce 2D/3D illustrations, simple animations, or motion graphics for ad creatives.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align visuals with business objectives and brand voice.
- Use analytics and feedback to refine designs for better performance.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and AI-powered design solutions.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4+ years of experience in web or marketing design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial projects, especially banners, landing pages, and branded visuals.
- Proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of web layout, typography, spacing, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with Webflow or Framer for no-code landing page creation.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and composition.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and modular design systems.

**Would be a plus**
- Skills in motion graphics, simple animations, or 3D design.
- Video editing experience.
- Branding experience in tech, blockchain, or Web3 projects.
- Familiarity with designing for crypto / blockchain / B2B SaaS.
