The position is primarily responsible for providing a presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
Site-Level Technology Management and Support:

- Supervise technology systems deployment and maintenance at client sites, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting client requirements.
- Provide support to on-site staff for technology-related issues and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operation.
- Ensure technology equipment operates efficiently and effectively aligns with client needs.

Technology Development and Implementation:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of technology solutions to fulfill client needs and project objectives.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology implementations, collaborating with technical teams for successful deployment.
- Customise software and technology solutions to meet unique client requirements, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance.

Research and Evaluation of New Technologies:

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential to enhance organisational products and services.
- Assess new technologies for their viability and impact on organisational goals, collaborating with external developers for enhancements.
- Explore cost-effective methods to improve products in collaboration with technology developers.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure unified client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external partners and developers, vendors, or suppliers for effective integration of technologies into solutions.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

- Conduct training sessions for clients and on-site teams to ensure proficient use and maintenance of technology solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between the organisation and clients regarding new technologies and update.
