We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising. **KEY FIGURES** 2014 - Founded by two ex-Googlers 2018 - 16M total turnover & Internationalization & Getting growth 2021 - Fundraising round of 40M€ & +11 countries & +260 Seedtaggers **YOUR CHALLENGE** As a Marketing Manager within Seedtag, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal communication between your team and the Central Marketing team, providing support to coordinate and execute any marketing communications and activations, oriented to achieve sales targets and promoting a good company perception among all stakeholders. This a varied role, which includes: - Supervising the LATAM Field Marketing activities - Sponsored and Industry Events - Activations coordination and execution - PR support - Digital enablement of sales teams **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Plan and execute your region’s yearly Marketing Plan - Lead your local market marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (brand events, customer events, local activations, gifts, etc.) - Supervise all Field Marketing activities carried out in other Latam countries - Collaborate with fellow Sales Managers to reach prospective clients, develop marketing strategies, increase client satisfaction, and help to meet sales targets through agency or client activations. - Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing and activations - Become an expert in the essential details of our clients, products and services **YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF** - You have proven experience organizing sales plannings and events (2-3 years) - You are fully fluent in Portuguese and English.
