**Como é ser um Help Desk Engineer na OiTchau**
A grande missão do(a) IT Specialist é ser responsável pela área de Infra Estrutura e Administração de Sistemas do time Brasil.

**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Provide IT support for all the company employees (windows, mac, wifi, office, internet, access control, hardware and software issues and more )
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Develop and maintain local networks (WiFI and LAN) in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to employees on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
- Update the Inventory management and tracking when handing off new hardware.

**O que espero de você**
- MCSE or other relevant certification.
- 2+ years experience with Active Directory
- Install & Configure Active Directory Server.
- 5+ years experience with LAN and WiFi infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise switches & routers (Install & Configure)
- Experience with enterprise WiFi network (Install & Configure)
- Understanding WiFi signals and channels.
- Ability to design and implement enterprise network (Wired & Wireless)
- 5+ years experience as an IT Specialist.
- Solid understanding of the core operating system technologies (Mac, Windows), including installation and configuration, software and hardware components and their functions.
- 2+ years experience with Network Security.
- Experience with enterprise firewall
- Experience with DLP and solution implementation.
- Experience with cloud software management & SSO via SAML.
- Experience with DNS setup & configuration.
- 2+ years experience with Inventory management and Hardware purchasing.
- 3+ years experience with security network security.
- Strong English (written and spoken) communications skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.

**Modelo e Local de Trabalho
**Híbrido: 3 dias presenciais x 2 dias remotos e última semana do mês 100% presencial.
