Your tasks
- Setup & operation of rubber test equipment (eg: Static and Dynamic characterization, Durability Testing), including documenting test setup according to the Workorder, Customer Specification, and Internal requirements;
- Participation in design & development process reviews with core engineering team to review product design specifications & testing requirements;
- Analysis and documentation of test results. Shall provide complete detailed test reports according to the test request and review with product owner;
- Performance of Preventative Maintenance on Test Equipment. Maintain test equipment and make sure it is in good working condition / appearance;
- Plan and hire maintenance and calibration services for the laboratory machines when the maintenance team is unable to meet the demands;
- Design of test fixtures and build up of samples, and support engineering changes with regards to identifying the imact to the test requirements;
- Update lab goals and keep dashboard updated;
- Root cause analysis and definition of improvement measures regading testing methods;
- Communication in a international enviroment with internal/external departments and partners.
**Profile**:
- Experience working with test equipment;
- Knowledge of products and processes;
- Handling and disposal of Hazardous Materials;
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (Office 365);
- Experience in CAD (SolidWorks);
- Advanced English.
