**My duties**
- Set up monthly meetings to review adoption rate report with local procurement team
- Support local procurement team in maverick buying analysis, the setup of action plans and corrective measures
- Organize weekly meetings with local team to follow-up action plan status
- Facilitate the interaction with global teams and drive the related action plans (Process Owners, Service Management, Change Management, Rollout Project Team)
- Work closely with local key users and procurement managers to analyze adoption rate reports, identify issues, and set up action plans
- Organize and animate monthly a steering committee with global and local management
- Organize project kick offs, closure and lessons learned meetings
- Support key users’ community buildings to share experiences and best practices
- Monthly steer committees to share the status with global stakeholders

**My qualifications**
- Experience in SAP Ariba rollout projects
- Experience in SAP Ariba P2P Implementation
- Experience in Project/Program Management
- Experience in Change Management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Stakeholders Management
- Solid understanding of Procurement Business
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, ideally in PowerBi
- Excellent skills in data analysis
- Team player and ability to work collaboratively
- Fluency in English
