- Desenvolvimento de aplicações mobile e web em Kotlin/Java, integrada ao CRM da Zendesk, visando criar uma Central de Ajuda para viabilizar o autoatendimento do cliente.
- Entender o processo de produto como um todo;
- Desenvolver a plataforma de acordo com o desenho de produto e UX, e dentro dos critérios técnicos decidido pelo time de engenharia;
- Garantir a qualidade e escalabilidade da plataforma;
- Entender o impacto das soluções que o time desenvolve no usuário final;
- Ajudar o time no desenho de soluções com arquitetura evolutiva, além de investigar constantemente novas tecnologias e formas de trabalho;**Habilidades**:

- O profissional deve gostar de desafios e de resolver problemas.
- Competências Técnicas:

- Experiência com desenvolvimento mobile utilizando Java ou Kotlin;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento web utilizando Java Script, Html e CSS;
- Preocupação com códigos limpos;
- Desenvolver algoritmos simples e eficientes;
- Cultura de testes é imprescindível;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento em React Native é um plus;
- Experiência com a ferramenta de CRM da Zendesk é um plus.
