We are seeking a talented and passionate **AI Prompt Developer **to join our team. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge generative AI models such as LLaMA, Gemini, and GPT, focusing on optimizing prompt creation to enhance software development efficiency for our key investment client.

This role will require you to work **100% onsite at our office in Campinas** as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major American investment client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the integration of advanced generative AI models into our existing systems.
- Create, optimize, and implement effective prompts to streamline and enhance software development processes.
- Disseminate best practices for prompt usage among developers, promoting the adoption of our AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI advancements with business goals and user needs.
- Evaluate the impact of newly developed prompts and AI models on product capabilities and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in generative AI technologies and share insights with the team.
- Address security and information safety challenges considering the sensitivity of our client’s business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with API projects, integrations, and microservices.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python and NodeJS (TypeScript).
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Azure services.
- Proven track record of integrating new technologies into existing systems.
- Knowledge of AI and ML, particularly generative AI models.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to guide the team in adopting AI innovations.
- Advance English level for conversation.

**Nice to Have**
- Skills in language models, text generation, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with APIs and frameworks such as FastAPI and NestJS.
- Experience with frameworks for foundational models, such as LangChain.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to explore new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.
- Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve complex problems and enhance product performance.
