**Responsibilities**:

Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
- Able to define/propose new infrastructure solution according to Citi’s standards.
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Willing to research new technologies (Container/micro services/api/etc )
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate level experience in Supporting Java Web Applications
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirement
- Team-work / collaborative
- Advanced English (To be checked during the interview)
- Availability for extra hours (releases/support)
- Ownership for projects
**Technical Skills**
- Devops setup toolset (IBM Urban Code/Jenkins/Bitbucket/Team City/Sonar)
- Proven experience as support with one or more of the following: IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Oracle, IBM MQ, Operational Systems (Linux, Windows) toolset
- Container Techs: Openshift / Docker / AWS
- Basics with one or more of the following languages: Java, SQL, Python, Linux Shell Scripts
- Production support experience (preferable L3, specialist)
- Change request control and management previous experience (coordination of important system releases/infrastructure changes)
**Desirable (plus)**
- AGILE framework/methodology proven experience
- JIRA
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Quality tests software design proven experience
- Financial industry knowledge (funds, stocks)
- Taxation knowledge, mainly related to stocks
- Fluent Spanish
- JAVA Spring framework
- Java EE proven knowledge (JMS, JPA and Web Services)
- Micro-services design and implementations using JAVA / Spring Boot
- Docker
- Functional testing automation using Selenium (preferable, or equivalent tool)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
