Our platform brings together, processes and analyses unstructured textual data from a variety of sources.

**For this role, we’re looking for backend or full-stack Ruby on Rails developers.**

We’re looking for people with diverse knowledge and experience - there are many interesting challenges when building a robust unstructured data platform, and we prefer to have people who can “play many instruments” whenever possible.

We especially appreciate people who have good intuition about concurrency, data flow, and performance, rather than falling on the latest buzzwords and cookie-cutter solutions. We also appreciate professionals who always keep the end-goal in mind - serving our customers and achieving a business outcome.

**Requirements**:
**Experience Musts**: Web backend, Ruby, Rails, dynamic languages, SQL.

**(Ruby experience 5 years -a must)**

**Experience Pluses**: Sidekiq, Redis, ElasticSearch, Heroku, React/ VueJS (if frontend),

unstructured data, NLP, data pipelines, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), AWS,

microservices architecture, CI/CD, Python, and Terraform.
