a) Assist in purchasing, supplies and service-related to Janeiro Offshore.

b) Support the monitoring of import and export operations in collaboration with freight forwarder.

c) Address internal demands and requirements of Janeiro Offshore's customers.

d) Manage and prepare reports for the Purchasing and Supply Department.

e) Coordinate with Petrobras logistics and provide necessary follow-up.

f) Ensure adherence to Janeiro Offshore’s policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

g) Perform additional tasks as directed by the Purchasing and Supply Manager.

Daily routine:

- Updates of the currently demands from department.
- Raise purchase order for service requisition.
- Support on follow-up in import and export shipment with freight forwarder.
- Check and verify invoices of service to assistant send for payment.
- Support for raising materials RFQ.
- Support in logistics with Petrobras to escalate the level once necessary.
- Controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department.
- Knowledge and understanding of marine / technical equipment and related logistics management gained within the international Oil & Gas service industry.
- Knowledge and use of Petrobras logistics system.
- Knowledge and use of computerised Purchasing system, preferably ABS NSE.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing.

**Education and Key certifications necessary**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related area, Or Recognition of sound experience in place of formal qualifications is acceptable.
