Role Summary:
Harvest:
Leading team for the execution of harvest operations by ensuring expected productivity, achieving quality standards and costs. Working with focus on safety and improvement continues.
Forestry:
Contributing to forestry activities, supporting supervisors, through monitoring and control of the activities developed in the field, acting under guidance, aiming for control of processes

Harvest:
Leading team for the execution of harvest operations by ensuring expected productivity, achieving quality standards and costs. Working with focus on safety and improvement continues.
Forestry:
Contribute to forestry activities, supporting supervisors, through monitoring and control of the activities developed in the field, acting under guidance, aiming at control of processesChristmas: monitoring the performance of operators in order to meet the required production goals. Working the operator in order to ensure productivity, quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement. Make correct distribution of the machines in the eitos, fulfilling the micropanagement. Plan and support the changes of machines and module in order to avoid operational losses, notify and guide the operators regarding the quality of their work in order to ensure a wood within the necessary and determined patterns. Daily quality control, ensuring compliance of the quality parameters indicated by the company for the Cour
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A basic school certificate. - Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
