**Where you Fit In**:
**The impact you will have**:

- Manage and prioritise your teams backlog to align sprint goals with business priorities
- Maximise output of the Brazil-based development team through effective planning
- Ensure transparency of goals and progress to senior stakeholders
- Gatekeep the quality of stories entering development, returning items that lack clarity or rigour
- Own and facilitate sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement using team feedback and delivery metrics
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate upcoming feature releases with stakeholders across the business
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex problems and ensure business logic is reflected in the final product
- Navigate constraints (technical, regulatory, time) to find viable alternative solutions

**What were looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or as a scrum master
- 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Ability to work independently as the sole product owner in our Brazil office
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in project management, business, computer science or related field (Desirable)
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (Desirable)
- Experience in LATAM iGaming markets (Desirable)
- Knowledge of both sportsbook and casino products (Desirable)
- Spanish language skills (Desirable)
