**Job Description**:

- Assist in the implementation of internal hygiene and food handling procedures through the Good Practice Manual, along with the Chief Cooks. - Carry out the pre-preparation and preparation of the menu items, according to the Coordination and Chef's instructions. - Assist in guiding the activities carried out by the general helpers and half restaurant officers. - Participate in the final tasting of the dishes along with the Chefs and Coordination Chefs. - Inform the Chef and / or Coordination of any non-conformities related to the operation, such as: preparation and cooking of food, cleaning, maintenance and / or repairs of equipment, safety aspects, among others. - Participate in the preparation of the monthly menu. - Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations, when necessary.
