We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Project Manager to help us keep growing. **Responsibilities**:

- Create, lead and continuously refine the company’s supply chain strategy.
- Develop the production plan, demand forecast & schedule to ensure stock levels
- Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Approve purchase orders and confirm the delivery of goods to warehouse.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
- Build and maintain rapport with suppliers, fulfilment centres and team members.
- Manage and be hands on the implementation of the ERP system.
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
- Develop processes to improve workflow efficiency.
- Develop a logistic strategy to avoid downtime and delays.
- Sourcing, negotiating, procuring ingredients.
- Be hands-on production activities.
- Carry out necessary administrative duties as required.

Qualifications for Supply Chain Project Manager
- Experience working as a production project manager.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and running ERP software.
- Takes a sense of ownership and pride in the team’s performance and its impact on the company's success.
