**Summary**:
Product Content Consultants will primarily interact with internal stakeholders with the potential to collaborate with customers and partners.
**The Role**:
- Create and maintain SAP Fieldglass’ project delivery methodology in Cloud ALM and Signavio
- Participate in peer review of content to ensure content quality and adherence to SAP standards.
- Build and maintain feature, process, and industry enablement sessions.
- Ensure all content is aligned with SAP standards and branding and up to date.
- Collaborate with Product Success to define processes for documentation creation, review and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Development on in-app guidance opportunities, such as Enable Now and Configuration Advisors
- Collaborate with Delivery and Subject Matter Experts to ensure ongoing documentation needs are understood, developed and rolled out.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on relevant content topics for input into documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer engagement programs such as Ignite, Did You Know (DYK), Blogs, Learning Services, and Help Center to identify gaps and collaborate on solutions.
- Research, propose, and adopt approved innovative documentation and enablement ideas, methods, tools and processes.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in information systems, business, marketing, or equivalent
- Understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards & content creation tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP cloud products, especially the Intelligent Spend LOBs, and how each system works together preferred.
- Understanding of the External Workforce space, including trends, gaps, etc. preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP business processes, systems, and tools preferred
- Ability to distill complex, technical content in an easy to digest manner, tailored according to persona.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, interested in developing new skills and ways of working.
- Strong cross team collaboration skills
- Able to manage multiple initiatives and projects concurrently
