**Responsibilities**:
**Campaigns Setup & Management**:

- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Programmatic ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Ensure accurate trafficking of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking pixels.
- Design and test campaign structures, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and acquisition rates.
- Work closely with the head of paid acquisition and design department to align campaign objectives.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and ad tech partners to ensure efficient campaign execution.

**Optimization & Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement changes to improve performance.
- Focus on driving quality traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing customer acquisition costs

**Budget Management**:

- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve acquisition targets.
- Monitor spend pacing and adjust strategies to remain within budget while maximizing results.
- Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve issues with ad delivery, tracking, or reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct rigorous QA checks to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.

**Reporting & Insights**:

- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience in digital ad operations or a similar role. iGaming Experience highly desirable.**:

- **Proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic platforms).**:

- Knowledge of native advertising
- Strong understanding of ad-serving tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with tracking via Google Analytics UTM parameters, pixels, and cookies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) - desirable.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or GTM - desirable.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
