WeWork partners with brokerage firms and organizations to build a strategic
network of ambassadors that communicate WeWork offerings to their clients
to drive sales locally and globally. The Partnership Operations team ensures
brokers are accurately compensated for successful referrals. The
Partnerships Operations Team is looking to hire a high-performing Senior
Associate. Our team sits under Finance and partners closely with Sales, Data
Scientists, Legal, Community and other departments on fast moving, high
- profile matters.

The Partnerships Operations Analyst will join a team responsible for
designing, implementing and handling the payment and sales strategy
throughout the Latam region. This involves liaising with Finance and Sales
teams, as well as other cross-functional departments on an ongoing basis.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and
interpersonal skills as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills. We
are looking for someone who is capable of working both in a team,
autonomously and has experience working globally and cross-functionally.

**In this role, the primary responsibilities will include**:

- Identify potential areas needing improvement
- Handle and assist with payments for your assigned region, ensuring payments for our partners are executed in a timely manner
- Prioritize strategic opportunities and initiatives
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop reports and
- dashboards
- Design and implement projects to assist our team as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Diagnose gaps in process and performance and provide actionable solutions to address them
- Appropriately escalate any issues encountered
- World-class customer service e.g. responding to our partners in a timely and efficient manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
Basic accounting/book-keeping knowledge and hands-on experience of minimum 2 to 3 years
- Self-learner and self-starter with minimum support
- Experience working and building relationships with external stakeholders is a plus
- Strong analytical skills (excellent Excel skills)
- Ability to dive deep and connect multiple problems to identify a common solution
- Self-motivated and driven individual eager to learn and have a real business impact
- Ability to involve key stakeholders and facilitate an organized effort to deliver
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work under uncertainty and unorganized environment (i.e. no SOP, no policy)
- Bilingual capability in English and Spanish
