Global SAP Key User

As part of the BU Corn South Americas initiative, we are looking for a South America Corn Process Manager for our location in Brazil. The position is responsible for Provide expert knowledge, configuration, and daily running of the SAP's solution as well as support on systems implementations and technical advisory to KWS community from different countries.
- Support SAP management in addition to supporting SAP training needs site wide into the future to address SAP induction training, ongoing SAP optimization. Furthermore, the Key User (M/F/d) conducts programs and testings.

- For KWS South Americas we are looking for an SAP Business Process Expert (M/F/d) in our Business Unit Corn. In this role you will be part of Production Team with strong interfaces with Controlling (dotted line), also expected strong skills in SAP MM and FI module, as well deep knowledge of cost accounting procedures (to work with number and not for numbers). In addition, you will ensure the effective implementation of global standardization projects and systems in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. The main working location is in Brazil and Argentina, furthermore this exciting and diversified position will be permanent and full-time.**About the Requirements**
- Be able to work with systems and people from different countries (Brazil, Argentina, Germany and maybe Chile and Peru in the future). This included language skills, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, and mainly availability to frequent travels. Also include the necessity of develop strong internal network with the Production and Logistic/Supply team and Controlling.
- Manage across the Region SAP- MM module and direct support controlling in CoGs management and other required analysis not limited to local but in alignment with Global.
- Anticipate future developments in relevant function-specific IT systems - in particular in SAP - and have an in-depth knowledge of their integration into the IT landscape.
- Understanding of supply and logistics systems also and other critical operating systems beyond ERP in the scope.
- Manage purchase orders for external field processing steps need to be maintained on production orders also ensure standard procedures accordance with global guidance.
- Train all local Key contacts and SAP heavy users in the main task related, also you will be in charge of co-ordinating tests and user training sessions with functional stakeholders.

**About the Skills**
- Act as SAP Process Owner - in particular for the modules SD/MM/WM/PP: Supervision, consultation, care, testing, troubleshooting.
- Continuously perform gap analysis to determine needs for system modification, and/or training of users.
- Organize and coordinate of user support in sales, production and logistics incl. - ticket support and management of roles/access rights.

**Education**
- Preferably academic degree in Agronomy, Economy, Engineering, Business Administration or adequate.**Work Experience**
- Working experience in the manufacturing area such cost controlling, plant /accounting.
- Strong functional & configuration experience / solutions evaluation to support sourcing, purchasing, inbound receiving and inventory management processes.
- Should be able to setup, configure and support handling unit management processes
- Experience in managing SAP MM as Key user
- Expert in configuring material master, vendor management, purchase requisition, purchase order, warehouse management processes, handling unit management processes

**Technical know-how & qualifications**
- Experience in E2E Upgrade/Implementation on SAP-MM is a must.
- Should have strong implementation knowledge on Pricing, Account determination and Inventory Management.
- Should have good understanding in SAP MM functionality with Direct, Indirect and Inventory Management process.
- SAP MM-RFQ,PR,PIR,GR knowledge.
- Understanding of business intelligence tools, Budget management skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken, Spanish will be demanded.
- Identify key issues and risks to the Business accros the Region.
