**Your impact**
The Dealer Central Area is responsible for managing and fulfilling sales orders from dealers, as well as the invoicing process and delivering products as requested. The department also provides solutions when the products received are not in accordance with the request, such as returning products, issuing credit notes or sending missing parts.
- Receiving, analysing and including the orders to be produced, if necessary, asking for change in the order queue.
- Advising the customer(dealer) with all necessary information regarding his request.
- Produce and preparing reports.
- Contacting with other areas in the company such as sales, manufacture and financial.
- The department is responsible for serving dealers/customers with regard to finished products.
- We manage their order books and follow them through to invoicing.
- We assist the sales team and work together with manufacturing and finance to provide the best support.
- We prepare reports, take part in meetings.
- Once a year, audit the products held by third parties and submit the reports to the Audit Area.
**Your experience and qualifications**
- Full degree in a field related to the job
- The position requires a professional with good interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel.
- Power Point knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Availability and flexible working hours
- Intermediate English skills.
