Funções e Tarefas:

- Liderança comercial no mercado brasileiro.
- Captação de clientes e parceiros.
- Diversificação do portfólio de serviços.
- Elaboração de orçamentos e propostas comerciais.
- Negociação de contratos.
- Suporte na gestão dos projetos.
- Interlocução com clientes, tanto na fase de captação e orçamentação, como na fase de execução dos projetos.
- Interlocução com a equipe técnica da SÓLIDA.
- Interlocução com outros Business Developers da SÓLIDA em LATAM e na Europa.
- Pesquisas de mercado.
- Benchmarking e análise da concorrência nacional e internacional.
- Follow-up de notícias e novidades do setor.
- Suporte em ações de Marketing.
- Participação em eventos do setor.
- Reporting ao Managing Partner do Brasil e ao Business Development Director do grupo em Espanha.

Educação:
Engenheiro ou Administrador de Empresas.

**Experiência**:
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional, com um mínimo de 2 anos no setor das energias renováveis, industrial ou de infraestruturas.

- Habilidades comerciais e de negociação.
- Facilidade para falar em público.
- Motivação por objetivos.
- Gestão de prioridades e trabalho sob pressão.
- Capacidade de síntese.
- Adaptabilidade às mudanças.
- Multitasking.
- Disponibilidade para viajar.
- Domínio de CRM e redes sociais.

Línguas Estrangeiras:

- Inglês: Fluente.
- Espanhol: Serão valorizados conhecimentos de espanhol.

Salário:
Em função da experiência, com uma retribuição variável condicionada ao grau de cumprimento dos objetivos.
