**Location**:EU **About the role**: Join Auditdata’s engineering group and help shape enterprise-level solutions used by audiology clinic chains worldwide. As a Tech Lead, you’ll drive a five-person Scrum team, steering the technical direction and ensuring smooth, high-quality feature delivery. You’ll lead in best practices, support architectural decisions, and together with other teams drive the ongoing transformation of our SaaS platform. Expect real responsibility: safeguarding the platform’s technical quality and introduce new tools and approaches that boost performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability, and keep our platform future-ready. **Tech stack we use**:.Net Core, Azure Services (Service Bus, SQL Database, AI search, Data Factory), React ecosystem **What you will do**: - **Tool Integration**: Research and integrate new tools to enhance code quality, development efficiency, and deployment processes. **What You Will Bring**: Technical skills and expertise: - 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead focusing on **building complex solutions** (ideally SaaS) - Experience leading a team in a remote set up - 5+ yrs experience with **C#** and **.NET Core** - Solid understanding of distributed systems and **microservices** architecture - Proven experience with building **Open/Public APIs** following REST principles - Experience with Azure SQL/MS SQL, Entity Framework Core - Experience with **Azure Cloud** (Event Hub, Service Bus, App Insight) or AWS - Familiarity with "Clean Architecture" - Strong knowledge of architecture & design, SOLID / KISS / YAGNI principles - B2-C1 spoken and written English - B.Sc.+ degree in Computer Science or similar Nice-to-haves: - Knowledge/experience of Mass Transit framework Key traits: - Strong communication skills and ability to discuss complex technical solutions to a business stakeholder - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Problem-solving: ability to find solutions to complex issues - You are always focused on updating your own and your team's knowledge with the latest technologies and tools **What’s in it for you**: - Long-term engagement in a stable, growing SaaS company. - High engineering and product standards. - Flexible environment with a flat organizational structure. - Professional development opportunities, including certification support. - A global, diverse, and highly skilled team across Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more. - A culture that values personal growth as much as business outcomes.
