IT Business Analyst

IT Core Banking Senior Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with multiple local, regional and global teams from several areas. The overall objective of this role is to promote consistent alignment of needs, priorities and requirements driving execution and delivery. Focus will be on Deposit Accounts and its corresponding services to corporate banking products as deposits, liquidity, cash, float, payments, receivables, loans, investments through TEDs, DOCS, Checks, cash operations. Also important is defense of regulatory components of Deposit Accounts as AML, Judicial Blocking, Banking Secrecy, Client/Account lifecycle, LGPD. **Responsibilities** - Work with Business and Operations partners in order to elicit, analyze, propose, refine and describe quality business requirements and corresponding acceptance criteria. - Be an agile Product Owner, grooming requirements into user stories and facilitate prioritization meeting among business and operations stakeholders, support sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews. - Have a second role as Project Manager for smaller specific on the vertical of Deposit Accounts demands. - Be key point of contact for local Business and Operations stakeholders to clarify how technology solutions had been suited for their needs. Works as a delivery owner promoting Deposit Accounts solution demands through their lifecycle (request, sizing & solution, budgeting, prioritization, scheduling and project delivery). - Contribute to the deliverables required by formal Citi software development project lifecycle - Work with test teams to ensure test plans and test cases are covering - Work as a partner to Business, Operations and Test teams, engaging, facilitating and promoting confidence. Ensure quality validity tests are planned, executed and evidenced, ensuring adherence to requirements, acceptance criteria and avoiding critical functional defects in production. - Support as SME for Business and Operations users on the usage of Deposit Account concepts and technology suited to the products they operate - Act as Deposit Account product responsible engaging Operations, Production Support and Development teams on System Production topics as incidents (ITIL lifecycle) and production implementations. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor´s degree in Business or Engineering or Information Technology - Fluent verbal and written English communication, expressing context of banking and information technology matter - Strong interpersonal skills flexible to partner, lead, facilitate or support multidisciplinary meetings - Provide very clear written meeting notes with agreements, definitions, actions, commitments - Banking Industry knowledge (deposit accounts, liquidity, interests, taxation, overdraft, credit risk, and related Brazil Central Bank regulations) - Strong personal organization, quickly evaluating and negotiating priorities/schedule of requisitions and activities - Solid Project Management skills (status reporting, stakeholder management, communication, scope, schedule, costs, risks, planning) - IT Services Management and Support (ITIL, ServiceNow, Change Management) - Microsoft Office, mainly Excel skills to explain results of data analysis - Ethical attitude, transparency, and conscious for responsibilities demanded from a Financial Institution for the clients, for the reputation of the institution and for the Brazilian financial system - Ability to work effectively on a high energy, collaborative, team oriented organization - Ability to negotiate in complex organization structure **Experience** - At least 10 years of experience dedicated to IT projects and services, at least 5 of those in large multinational corporations - Above 5 years’ experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary global teams - Above 3 years’ experience in Project Management and Agile practices - Experience in Banking Industry (preferable Corporate Banking Industry) - Used to work remotely **Education**: - Bachelor´s degree in Business or Engineering or Information Technology - Training certificates by Anbima or equivalent on financial risks, financial services, ethics, compliance, AML, etc (desirable) - Education/training on corporate finance, treasury, risks (desirable) - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
