Management of Access Groups and periodic access review exercise

Contractor shall routinely maintain the users in the appropriated access groups according to their work context and required access level needed. In addition, the contractor shall complete the access review according to auditory timeline as well as by ad-hoc demands.

Reviews data privacy issues

As the user base of the SharePoint has grown quickly, many users might add privacy sensitive files into this repository which is primary public. Therefore, the contractor shall scan the repositories for files with privacy sensitiveness and advise the owner about the correct practice and ensure the file is correctly moved.

Solves storage quote issues

The SharePoint is currently over the over the storage limit warning usage and there is no more extension to be offered by EMIT. In this scenario, the contractor should analyze the storage reports, seeking for the largest files and folders owners and work with them to provide a better location for their files, ensuring the files are moved from GlobalDAS.

Users support and best practices education

Provide support to the SharePoint users on specific needs, as well as educating the user base on the best practices for a more sustainable and safe use of the tool.

Propose and implement a long term solution for the SharePoint

A new structure should be further implemented to better reflect the team structure (System of Delivery) and the working context. For that, the contractor shall collaborate with I&BT appropriated stakeholders to understand the needs, develop a proposal and implement it.

Elaborates documentation for handover

By the end of the consulting period, the contractor shall provide a comprehensive documentation on how the new environment is managed and train the new administrators.

Proficient on SharePoint administration;
Interpersonal Skills: ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders in order to provide the best service possible and educate users with the best ways to utilize the tool.;
