Come be part of the EMIT Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

**What you will do**:
Daily activities:

- Interreact with customer understanding their needs/problems and enhancements request
- Understand the business process in order to provide solutions
- Extract and fix data (Intermediate SQL)
- Run scripts (basic coding)
- Participate on team meetings to prioritize/refine work and processes

- SQL/Oracle

- Azure Basic
- Agile Scrum/Kamban
- ServiceNow management
- Client Support
- Communication/English Advanced/fluent
- Process Mapping Interpretation

- Database Performance Optimization
- Project Analysis
- Systems & Data Analysis
- Familiarity with Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic PHP, C#, C and C++, SQL, HTML, noSQL
